Funny Things the Kids Say

"Please, please, please. This is the last thing I'll ever beg for!"--Zoe at Limited Too when she saw the cutest dress.

"Don we now our gray apparel."--Delaney singing Deck the Halls.

"You were younger then than you are now." --Delaney

"I hope she chose wisely."--Delaney after she saw the wedding announcement photo of our cousin.

"Am I grown enough yet?"--Annie, every Sunday as Communion begins.

"Do just employees work here?"--Delaney at McDonalds.

"There is a kid at my school who is mentally decapitated."--Nick describing a boy in his class who drools on his desk.

"I guess I'll give it a try." Zoe, after buying new tennis shoes. Before the new shoes, she insisted she would not be going to Kindergarten.

"Are we going to be just you and me every day?" Annie, on day 2 of all the kids at school.

"My arms are slippery underneath." --Emily. Around 1030 am after walking to the car in Phoenix (113 degrees).
